Webhooks

To receive order completion notifications, you will need to set up an endpoint that accepts payloads sent by TapArcadia. Your endpoint will receive POST requests with content-type application/json.

We require your webhook server to return HTTP 2xx status on ALL received events. Any other HTTP status code like (4xx or 5xx) will be treated as NOT received. Please do not return any other HTTP status code that is related to your internal server side logic.
Webhook responses (2xx) must be sent within 5 seconds. To ensure stability, your endpoint should be asynchronous. Instead of processing data synchronously, your server should return a 2xx status first and handle the internal logic separately. Any delay beyond 5 seconds (Status Code 0) will be treated as a failure.
The system will make 5 retries of a failed webhook (non-2xx response) at intervals of 5m, 1h, 2h, 4h, and 8h.

Configuring the webhook endpoint

The webhook endpoint can be set up on Vendor Dashboard -> Webhooks -> Webhook URL.

Webhook Payload

type	string	The webhook event type. Currently, only the `order_paid` type, which is triggered when an order is completed, is supported.
order	object	Contains information about the order associated with the webhook event.
order.id	number	The internal ID of the order
order.order_id	string	The stringified ID of the order
order.game_name	string	The name of the game the customer intends to deposit for
order.game_id	string	The player ID in the game the customer intends to deposit to
order.amount	number	The amount the customer intends to deposit. The vendor receives this amount in the `base.erc-20.usdc` cryptocurrency.
order.note	string	Additional information provided for the order
order.quote_currency	string	The fiat currency used for the customer's payment
order.quote_amount	number	The fiat amount paid by the customer
order.transaction_id	string	The transaction hash for the cryptocurrency transferred to the vendor
order.payment_method	string	The payment method used by the customer
